$3500.00

"Iron plate formed into a lattice 'SHOJI' representing a wooden framed sliding screen. 'SHOJI' also defines various Buddhist temples.

In 'Tsuba Kanshoki' by Dr. Torigoye, a very similar tsuba of equal design is attributed to the Ko-Shoami in the Momoyama period. More study is needed on this very rare design." (Long)
