Second generation to Ichirobei Masanori.
Mid to late Edo period.

Iron plate tsuba of oval shape with hammered surface.
Both kogai-ana typical of Shoami school.
Sukashi of bamboo leaves.

Five dewdrops of silver inlay. When dewdrops are used as decoration (usually silver dots, sometimes gold), they are placed so that the total number will be odd and they are grouped with two drops together and the others placed separately. This is an old GOTO masters tradition.

Gold nunome inlay of cloud design.

7.25cm x 7.50cm x 0.30cm thick.
