SELLING POLICY:

DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED, AND SHALL BE FORFEITED IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT OF PAYMENT BY THE BUYER, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
In order to prevent complications, please inspect the photographs, read the listing, ask questions, do any research you deem necessary prior to purchase. Make an educated decision prior to buying. RETURNS:
Seller must be notified prior to any returns being mailed. Items will not be accepted without prior confirmation. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent. Buyer will be liable for item until return is received. Buyer will receive a full refund minus shipping/handling, insurance and/or any fees incurred in shipping or sale.
Shibui swords reserves the sole right of final determination in regards to returned item condition.
