"Muromachi period Onin tsuba with Nine Stars Pattern. Iron base, Yagi-guri (gourd-shaped) shape, square-edge edges, small indentations, and brass inlay. The base is well-forged and moist, with faint steel grain visible in some areas. While the brass inlay has some missing areas, the circular nine-star inlay remains in good condition." (Long)


Approximately 91mm long x 91.7mm wide. Edge thickness: approximately 4-4.2mm. Edge base thickness: approximately 4.4mm.
